About the shit things and the good things and what it all means (well what I think it means).

I graduated from a Japanese university in Hokkaido. It’s up in the north. It gets pretty cold. Originally I come from Australia. It’s pretty hot, also burns a lot (and floods after burning). Somehow I am still in this wintery place, soon to start working in ski lodge management.

I have been living in Japan for a total of five years now as both a working holidaymaker and now a student. Probably I will be here a while yet.

So this is a blog where I share my adventures in Japan and abroad.

The name ‘Get Lost Dreamer’ is a reminder to myself. That rather than sitting around dreaming of possibilities, you need to go out and try to realise them. There isn’t a defined path to follow so you’ll get lost a lot. But the more times you lose yourself, the more times you have the opportunity to find yourself and understand where you want that path to go.
